Title IX prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex—including pregnancy, childbirth, false pregnancy, termination of pregnancy, or recovery therefrom—in educational programs and activities. The Gender Equity and Title IX Compliance Office will address all complaints of sex discrimination in violation of the university’s nondiscrimination statement and discrimination policies.
